Arriving at Oakley Court Hotel to photograph Nimisha & Divyesh Indian ceremony we were overwhelmed by the beautiful colours and flowers. Dana went off to find Divyesh as he had planned to make the most of this riverside setting and arrive with his family and the boys by boat! Meanwhile I was with Nimisha photographing her as she prepared and dressed for the ceremony. This was no mean feat and at one point she had 3 of her closest friends and one of their mums' helping to put the pins in the right place. Well it was worth it as she looked amazing! Oakley Court is a stunning wedding venue and all the beautiful colours and sparkle of the ceremony simply added to a perfect wedding day. Oakley Court is a perfect venue for an Indian wedding ceremony as everything can be held outside with a marquee if needed. Dana and I have met the couple before when we photographed Nimisha's sisters wedding and it was so lovely to meet their family again with the addition of her sister's baby. It was a gorgeous summer's day and we photographed the Indian wedding ceremony and all the traditions that were held after, one of my favourites being when the women try to stop the groom taking his new bride away. Later on there was a change of clothes and Dana and I stayed on to capture the party in the evening. Enjoy some of our favourite photographs from their beautiful wedding day.....
